Day 29
Positive Benefits: What’s Important to You
It’s almost the end of the month. You’ve overcome a lot, and in the process, learned more about yourself and your loved ones. After going through a major change like this, it can be helpful to reflect on what values are important to you. What do you want to take with you beyond this month? What do you want to leave behind? What other changes do you want to make in your life? This is a starting point for making your life exactly the way you want it to be.
“Sometimes we motivate ourselves by thinking of what we want to become. Sometimes we motivate ourselves by thinking about who we don’t ever want to be again.” – Shane Niemeyer
Day 30
Congratulations and Reflection
Congratulations are in order! You have made it to the end of the month. You should feel so incredibly proud. This experience should serve as an indicator that you can do anything you put your mind. You were able to overcome both physical and emotional pain, and the skills you’ve learned and earned in the process—perseverance, flexibility, stress management—can be applied to reach any goal you have. Celebrate today. Life is good. You did it.
“It always seems impossible until it’s done” – Nelson Mandela

Are you a regular marijuana user that has recently stopped using?
Currently, little data exists on heavy marijuana use and withdrawal. Weedless.org is collaborating with researchers to explore this topic and others. We have created a short, completely anonymous questionnaire which we will use to focus our future research efforts. You may skip any questions that make you feel uncomfortable and you are free to withdraw at any time. At the end of the survey, you will be given the option to anonymously share your responses with the Weedless.org community.
