Take a 30-Day Break from Weed Using Clear30

Video from Clear30.org

Fred Muench, a clinical psychologist and former President and CEO of the Partnership for Drug-Free Kids, recently introduced Clear30, a new service designed to assist heavy weed users in taking a break.

Clear30 focuses on resetting individuals’ relationships with weed by stressing the importance of breaks to foster reflection and reset routines.

Supported by scientific research on personal goal achievement, Clear30 offers a structured program featuring personalized assessments, daily guidance, and a range of resources, including optional support services like AI bots.

Taking a break with Clear30 entails disrupting habitual patterns for a 30-day period. This intentional interruption promotes mindful living over autopilot behavior, encouraging self-reflection, mental and physical rejuvenation, and a renewed commitment to intentional living.

If you’ve considered taking a break from marijuana visit Clear30.org – we’re curious what you think of it!

About Weedless.org

Weedless.org is a free, web-based resource and community created by a team of healthcare professionals and researchers. We distill the facts about marijuana use and its effects into practical guidance for interested persons or for those who are thinking about or struggling to quit weed. Finding reliable, easy to understand information about marijuana should never be a struggle—that is why our core mission is to provide the most up to date information about marijuana use, abuse, addiction, and withdrawal. While we seek to empower individuals to have control over their use, we are not “anti-weed” and we support efforts to legalize adult marijuana use and study.
